These terms govern your use of the Doorlux website. By using the site, you accept these terms. Project-specific terms (deposits, lead times, warranty scope) are set out in the formal quotation we issue you and override these site terms where they conflict.

Information accuracy

Product specifications, lead times and prices indicated on the site are guidance only. Final figures appear in the written quote we send after measurement.

Quotation validity

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Price changes from suppliers outside that window may require requotation.

Deposits and payment

A 50% deposit secures your slot and locks in the price. Balance is due on completion of installation. We accept PayNow, bank transfer and cheque.

Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for one year from installation. Painted finishes carry a finish guarantee subject to normal use; damage from impact, water ingress beyond specification, or third-party modification is excluded.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
