Doorlux (Doorlux SG) collects personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you submit our quote form or contact us via WhatsApp / email / phone, we receive the details you share: name, contact number, email, unit type, and any project notes or photos. We do not require an identity number.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule site measurements, and deliver our services. We may also contact you for warranty follow-up where relevant.

Who we share it with

We share minimum-necessary details with our installation team and partner workshops in order to complete your order. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Active enquiry and project data is retained for up to three years after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data we hold. Write to hello@doorlux.sg with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites or store personal identifiers.
